    Wellele is the export brand for two insulation factories in China — heat shrink and cable accessories from Suzhou, fiberglass, silicone and fluoropolymer sleeving from Anji. One supplier, two production lines, full documentation.

    Who we are

    Wellele was started in 2017 to give international buyers a single point of contact for the two factories behind it. The Suzhou factory has made heat shrink tubing and cable accessories since 2010. The Anji factory makes fiberglass, silicone and fluoropolymer sleeving. One export team quotes, produces, tests and ships the whole order — busbar casing, dual-wall tubing, fiberglass sleeving, PTFE tubing — under the Wellele name.

    Multiple production lines with full process control and in-house testing. Products: 1–35 kV heat shrink tubing, busbar casing, heat and cold shrink cable terminations and joints.

    Anji — fiberglass, silicone & fluoropolymer

    UL-certified range · In-house testing

    Braiding and coating production for fiberglass sleeving, silicone-coated and extruded silicone tubing, PTFE / FEP / PFA tubing and heat shrink, PI and PEEK high-temperature tubing.

    Your drawing is reviewed once, against both factories' capabilities. You get one quotation, one part number set, one shipment and one set of test reports.

    Development and customization

    Both factories run their own development work. The Suzhou team works on heat shrink material formulation and process recipes — the part of the business that decides how a tube shrinks, how it holds temperature and how it passes flame tests. Custom work starts from your drawing: we review the material, the wall, the tolerance and the test requirement, then quote. Samples come before production, and the production batch ships with its test report.

    Capacity and lead time

    Capacity sits across both factories — heat shrink and cable accessories on the Suzhou lines, sleeving and fluoropolymer products on the Anji lines. Reorders are tracked by part number, so the second order costs less to process than the first. Stock items ship within days; custom items are quoted per specification with a realistic date attached.

    How we work with buyers

    Procurement and engineering teams send a cable or component drawing with the operating temperature, voltage and environment. We return a sized recommendation with the spec sheet, then supply samples and production. Reorders are tracked by part number.
