Heat shrink and cable accessories run in Suzhou. Fiberglass, silicone and fluoropolymer run in Anji. One export team covers both, so you are not paying a middle desk to re-quote a factory you never speak to.
Built to the drawing
Non-standard ID, recovered ID, wall, cut length, color and printed marking are normal work. We review material, shrink ratio and voltage against both plants, then lock a part number for the reorder.
Dates you can schedule around
Stock sizes leave within days. Custom lots get a production date on the quotation — not “ASAP”. Samples go out before we cut the production batch.
Two plants, one quote
Wellele started in 2017 so overseas buyers could deal with one team for two production bases. The Suzhou plant has made heat shrink tubing and cable accessories since 2010. Anji runs braiding, coating and fluoropolymer tubing.
Suzhou — heat shrink & cable accessories
Compounding, extrusion, expansion and moulded parts. Dual-wall adhesive tubing, busbar casing, heat-shrink and cold-shrink terminations and joints. In-house dielectric, flame and dimension checks.
Anji — fiberglass, silicone & fluoropolymer
Braided and coated fiberglass, silicone-coated and extruded silicone, PTFE / FEP / PFA tubing and heat shrink, polyimide and PEEK high-temperature tubing. Same export paperwork as Suzhou.
From RFQ to shipment
You do not need a finished part number. A cable OD, voltage and operating temperature is enough to start.
1. Drawing in
Cable / busbar OD, voltage, temperature, environment, quantity, color and any print. PDF or even a photo of the incumbent tube works.
2. Size & material
We match recovered ID, shrink ratio (2:1–4:1), wall and polymer — polyolefin, PVC, silicone, fiberglass or PTFE/FEP/PFA.
3. Sample
Cut samples go out so your line can check fit, shrink and print before we schedule production.
4. Produce & ship
Batch test report travels with the cargo. The part number is stored so the next order does not restart the review.

A usable RFQ contains
- Tube ID / recovered ID, or the cable OD
- Shrink ratio (2:1 / 3:1 / 4:1) if you already know it
- Operating temperature and voltage
- Quantity and the date you need goods on the water
- Any print, color, halogen-free or flame rating
If you only have a competitor’s part number, send that. We reverse-size from the sample when needed.
Straight answers
Factory or trader?
Factory. Heat shrink and cable accessories in Suzhou; fiberglass, silicone and fluoropolymer in Anji. Wellele is the export name for both plants. You get one quotation, one packing list and one set of reports.
Can you make a size that is not on the website?
Yes. Non-standard ID, wall, length, color and print are standard work. Send the drawing; we do not ask you to pick the “closest” catalog row.
Lead time?
Stock items ship within days. Custom items carry a production date on the quotation. We do not put a number on the homepage that the shop floor cannot keep.
Is everything UL listed?
No. A UL-certified range exists on specified models. Confirm the file number before you put “UL” on a customer drawing. We send the certificate with the documentation when the model is covered.
Samples before the production order?
Yes. Samples usually travel with the drawing review so your process team can check fit before we schedule the lot.
